Yeah I mastered it, took a few tries. Objectives were:
-Kill all enemies without dying -Kill all elites with piranhas active and enemies caught in the Queen spider's web -Have your toad lick 30 enemies -Complete dungeon in less than 4 minutes and 30 seconds -Complete all objectives to Master
The toad one was tricky but I found it worked best to leave that last because the dungeon actually spawns more enemies after you complete it that way letting you finish the last objective. The elite one was hard too only because my spider would run ahead if I wasn't careful and kill an elite before I could get there.
Pretty underwhelming rewards though, even something cosmetic for use on my character would have been nice.
Crafted a Hellfire ring finally. Didn't realize you had to buy the Hellfire plans from Squirt again. I had the original set but you can't craft that one anymore due to the organs not dropping now. Ring is good to have for new characters though because it doesn't have a level requirement and it gives you 45% more experience. Took my Barbarian from level 19 to level 34 pretty quickly. Figure if I can piggy back on you guys doing a couple of rifts he should hit 70 in no time.

What are the materials needed to craft the ring?
Bought me some dyes, think my Marauder Demon Hunter looks pretty sweet with the Golden dye which goes well with the wings:
Solo'd a GR30 (which is the first of the T7) and had 8 minutes and 31 seconds remaining. Pretty solid giving that just a couple of days ago we were doing 30 something GR's and I was practically doing no damage. Granted I know the enemies get a lot more health when 3 folks are playing, but still it's the highest one I've attempted yet and was able to plow through with no issues.
EDIT: Solo'd a GR35 (T8) with 9:11 remaining. I've gotten my bloodshard capacity up to 850.
EDIT: And a GR39, which is the highest option I even had available. Died a bunch because of one enemy type that just kept one shotting me, but ended it up with about 2:13 remaining.
EDIT 3: Man I had such a great night. Legendaries were dropping like candy for me, treasure goblins appearing frequently, just an a ton of drops.
I crafted a few Arcane Barbs from the Blacksmith and then got an ancient. Put a top tier flawless ruby in it. I've gotten my damage stat up to over 750k. Solo'd a T8 rift and was just melting enemies. I had a 194 kill streak going in T8 rift... and I was doing no real viable damage in those just days ago.

My build is all about maximizing the damage from mainly my sentries, but having all the companions is nice too.
The Marauder's bonus causes my sentries to deal 300% more damage, plus they shoot multishot when I do (and have the Arsenal skill on that, so each multishot is also launching a few homing rockets). And my primary skill, multishot, and rain of vengeance deals 600% more damage for each sentry I have active. I always have at least two active.
I'm using the helltrapper in the cube, which gives me a 10% chance to drop spikes, sentries, or caltrops on every hit. I find it procs quite frequently. I'll run up and seeing two more sentries in an area I couldn't even see. Having four out there is 2400% increased damage.
My chest piece does +10% sentry damage. My multishot is hitting every enemy below 50% health twice thanks to my quiver, which also has +90% multishot damage on it.
I'm running the Focus/Restraint set, and that's an extra +50% damage for five seconds when I hit with a resource generating attack or primary skill and another +50% for five seconds when I hit with a resource spending attack. So basically constantly.
I've got Wreath of Lightning plugged into Restraint, and it's at 25. That gives me a 15% on hit to gain Wreath of Lightning, which deals 850% weapon damage as lightning every second to nearby enemies for 3 seconds while also boosting my movement speed by 25%.
I'm using entangling shot to slow up to 2 enemies, and generate hatred. Everytime I vault, I'm dropping caltrops. Well I've got rank 14 Bane of the Trapped in my Focus ring, and right now that's an additional 19.20% damage against enemies under control impairing effects.
I'm running the passive skills Ambush (40% more damage for enemies above 75% health, to get them under 50% quicker here they'll be hit twice by each multishot cast), Cull the Weak (20% more damage against slowed or chilled enemies, which my caltrops slow and my sentries chill), Archery (50% critical hit damage for using a crossbow), and Ballistics (100% more damage for rockets with an additional 20% chance to a fire a rocket for 150% weapon damage when I attack... so not only random rockets dealing 150% weapon damage, but all of my rockets dealing 100% more damage and a I have a ton of rockets thinks to multishot arsenal and my sentries firing the same thanks to Marauder's bonus).
So one of my favorite things to do now, is vault into and all around a group of enemies, dropping caltrops and sentries, then vault out there and cast rain of vengeance then start spamming my multishot. Frequently see crits for several hundred million damage being done when also popping my companion skill.
I'm squishy as hell if I stay in the thick of things, such as if my discipline runs out and can't vault out of there. But when I can lay my traps and drop my sentries, and get the hell out of there, I can lay waste to a large group from a safe distance pretty quickly.
My biggest issue with the 45 (which was easier than the 44), besides dying a few times at the boss, was I wasted probably two to three minutes trying to find out where the hell I was suppose to go because I had followed a path that was basically a large square that put me right back at the beginning.
Well it took me awhile but I think I've created the start of a build that I like. I still need to tweak some small things but overall it works pretty well so far. I kind of stumbled upon when trying out different set ups. Previously I was running the Arachyr set but spent some time playing around with the Helltooth set as well. For the Arachyr set I loved the 2 piece bonus (Spider Queen) as well as the 4 piece bonus (Toad of Hugeness). The 6 piece bonus was decent but I always felt that the dropoff from the rest of my skills didn't make it worth it. I find myself in a similar situation with the Helltooth set, liking the 2 and 4 set piece bonuses. Well after playing around with my gear I was able to find a set up that let me use 3 pieces of each, thus getting the best of both worlds.
Spider Queen (2) - Does 4000% weapon damage over 5 seconds and slows enemies. Spider Queen is also a permanent companion
Hex Gains Toad of Hugeness (4) - The ability itself is decent but I more started using the bonus because it grants 50% damage reduction and heals for 10% of your Max life per second for 15 seconds
Necrosis (2) - Enemies hit by any of your primary skills becomes slowed and takes 1500% weapon damage as well as taking 20% increased damage from all sources for 10 seconds
Necrosis (4) - After applying Necrosis to an enemy you take 50% reduced damage for 10 seconds. Stacks beautifully with my other set bonus.
Another huge key to this is the skill Soul Harvest and the Languish ruin. Soul Harvest feeds on the life force of enemies within 18 yards, giving you a 3% intelligence boost for each affected enemy that lasts for 30 seconds. The effect also can stack 5 times. The lanquish ruin increases your armor by 10% per enemy and reduces their movement speed by 80% for 5 seconds.
When I can get Soul Harvest to stack 5 times (and it happens very frequently) my base attack is over 2 million, my base defense is over 44 million, and my base life is just under 4 million. Basically I can't be killed.

I'm pretty happy with where mine is at right now. I looked around in the skills and some stuff I had in the stash and made a few tweaks. At this point, for my Marauder build, I'm just looking for more ancient gear of what I'm already using.
I would love to have the legendary bow Yang's Recurve for my cube. My whole build right now is based around multishot (which I can keep up a lot now instead of running out of hatred quickly like I was doing), and Recurve causes multishot to attack 50% faster.
I still feel that it needs some tweaks. Have a couple ideas to try later but I think I might switch over to a different set. Also feel like I need to move to a one-hand weapon so I can use a mojo in my offhand to get various bonuses.
Definitely liking this build better. Still have the occasional issue with being one-shotted but that is gonna have with any Witch Doctor build. Also was able to roll my gear pretty decently as well so I'm at the point to where I'm mainly just gonna try for Ancient versions of my current gear as well as relying on Paragon level boosts.
Also farmed some lower greater rifts today to get my gems a higher level. Got one to 45, one to 30, and the other to 28.
