He got a bad deal, but he also didn't help his own cause out any with his bizarre tweets and dumb comments about everyone deserving the same pay regardless of their value to the company. I'll take Apollo Crews over him anyday.

I've taken a liking to Eva purely because of the new gimmick. Everything about it has been perfect so far.
Saw someone mention an idea to do a Royal Rumble style battle royal to crown a Smackdown women's champion that would end with the last two competitor's eliminating each other before the final entrant comes out, who wins by default and would of course be Eva Marie. Now that's probably not the best way to kick off a new title, but I gotta admit that I would dig it.
The whole gimmick works for her, much like the free agent thing is working for Heath Slater in the face direction.
Well after SummerSlam I got to think Styles is got to be getting the next title shot. Honestly I would like for him to win too, he's been consistently having great matches all year and I think he'd be a great top guy for the Blue Brand.
Maybe book Styles/Ziggler since Styles got pinned by Ziggler in the fatal four way by him, and have it be for the number one contender spot.
Best Miz promo since that program he had with MVP years ago where he did the walking promo to the ring and told the story of how he originally was harassed by Benoit and other people when he first got to WWE for eating chicken in the locker room.
Well, looks like they blew it off. From everything he has said recently I get the feeling that a big part of Bryan wishes he could just bounce and go and wrestle for New Japan or ROH... it's far from out of his system.
Terrible decision to pull American Alpha from Backlash. The tag roster is already fairly thin and pulling your best and most over team to sell a storyline injury is not the smartest thing to do. Also stupid that you give the team that caused said injury a second chance at the gold. Never mind the fact that they lost in under a minute.
Also really hoping the Women's Title match doesn't end up with Nikki Bella winning. Really seems that is the way they are going though with the double turn and Nikki looking weak and drawing sympathy from the crowd.
I always assumed the plan was for Slater and Rhyno to win so Slater would get his contract(and then they'd drop the belts at or before the next PPV), so I thought the injury angle/heel turn was a good plan to clear the path.
Yeah but it's a dumb move that the first guys to win the belts are a comedy wrestler and a guy years passed his prime. I would have preferred Slater and Rhyno to hold their own before losing to American Alpha but get a contract because of how close the match was.
I'd prefer the Usos win at this point. At least then you have them feud with Alpha over the gold rather than having Alpha cause the Usos to lose and then Slater and Rhyno become champs. I just don't see any upside in Slater and Rhyno as champs, especially when the two tops teams would be in a feud with each other.
I've been a fan of Brock since his return in 2012, but as this drags on and on and it seems like there's not going to be any pay off to this act, it's really starting to bore me.
There's no credible threat to Brock the way he's been booked. He makes both world champions look like garbage in comparison.
In a handicap match against Owens and Styles he would still be the overwhelming favorite to win in five minutes or less.
It's not even so much that Brock is booked too strong, but everybody else on the roster has to live with this 50-50 bullshit, and nobody but part-timers are allowed to be above it.
The biggest thing I miss about the old days (say early 2000s on back) is that whoever was the champion was the top guy. There was no one who was so far above him that it would be a joke to think that he could beat him.
Now there is a whole rung of guys who it would be laughable to think would ever do a clean job to either world champion.
So why exactly is Cena getting a title shot? He loses at Summerslam to Styles who then beats Ambrose for the belt at Backlash. Cena then shows back up and for some reason deems himself to be the number one contender only to then lose to Dean Ambrose. So despite losing cleanly to the current champ and the former champ he somehow is gifted a title shot in a triple threat. Got to love the logic
