I can't remember if they did this on the consoles as well but a year ago Fire Pro Wrestling was rolled out in a beta early access form and I bought it and obviously that means I'm all set for the final product.
I liked what I saw and all but damn it... I just flat out sucked at it. There's no other way to say it. I'll definitely be giving the full product it's just due.
Props for an addition of a feature I think a lot of us long wanted: You can finally have anything you do outside of Universe get saved in it as well and vice versa. You also have full control over whether you want that to happen or not with any changes you make.
Right now I'm messing around with this concept: Evolution 2.0
So far I'm going with this:
Flair is honorary fifth slot. (slot 5) Triple H is in the Flair role. (slot 4) Orton in the Triple H role. (the leader although he's slot 3) Drew McIntyre in the Batista/muscle role (tag team slot 1) Jason Jordan in the Orton role. (tag team slot 2) (this is very debatable and up for grabs)
Ideally I'm looking at the "Orton slot" and I'd like to have someone in there, either in or from outside the entire WWE, that the bulk of the IWC and everyone thinks could be "the next big thing." Likely a number of people fit this description but I'm not really well versed on international rosters.
You could bring up Adam Cole if you're ok with breaking up Undisputed Era(or perhaps Roderick Strong since he wasn't originally in that group). Outside of WWE, Cody and Omega are the top two that come to mind.
I like Drew in the slot, but at the same time feel he's already at the level where he should be in the main event.
Batista was of course coming off that terrible Deacon gimmick, so being in Evolution for a couple of years was a huge benefit for him in terms of growing him and washing the stink of being Reverend D-Von's lackey away.
I'd probably go with Lars Sullivan in that spot, personally.
I couldn't resist. I had to do some deliberating and experimenting but ultimately I went with Drew as my leader (and yes he's main eventing for sure) and Lorcan and Sullivan with him. It's a hell of a group, regardless of what they're called. I've got big plans for them.
Well I had zero intention of getting this, but ended up getting it as a Christmas present (along with Fire Pro World).
Played a quick match and have to say, just with everything on default, it seems like it plays a little more smoother than the previous games have. Granted it's been awhile since I played one, as I didn't play very much of the 2K18 at all, but it felt good. Menus and everything seems noticeably faster as well.
Open for private matches Online against/with you guys sometime if you wanna.
