I don't know why it's so hard for WWE to listen to fans instead of sticking their fingers in their ear. You want to cheer Strowman and have him champion, we'll put the title on Roman and turn Strowman back to a heel. You want to cheer Becky Lynch as champion, we'll put the title on Charlotte and turn Becky heel.
Bobbly Lashley squashes the Ascension. Great job there.
I see we've never bothered with a Smackdown thread. LOL, that says a lot. Joe-Styles will be a good cage match. I'm not sure I've really been into the whole "mess with the family" deal. Past that I guess the Becky Lynch heel turn is the biggest thing going on there.
The fact that the Saudi shows, which are basically on a slightly less morally questionable footing than when WCW had the big super show in North Korea, now are the top drawing shows of the year over Wrestlemania, plus the 2 billion dollar TV deal, means WWE has less reason than ever to care about producing a show that even pretends to care about being good anymore. It's one of the best times to be a wrestling fans, but one of the most depressing to be a WWE fan.
Such an incredible roster and 90 percent of it being wasted in a way that is nearly criminal, and the 10% they are trying to use correctly, they can't help but screw that up because their fundamental outlook on how to make a wrestling show in 2018 is completely out of touch on every level.
